If you’re not eating right, getting sleep, and staying physically active, it’s going to be difficult for you to have the mental and physical strength that you need to keep being a caregiver. Get Help and Take Breaks
You might also be overlooking the fact that having help when you need it and taking regular breaks all factor in to making caregiving easier.
