Caring Hearts of Rochester realizes that this is a very difficult time for everyone in regards to COVID-19. We would like to assure everyone that we are doing both everything asked of us by the NYS Department of Health as well as additional procedures to help prevent the spread of this virus in our community.
Each employee is screened for COVID-19 symptoms on a daily basis every morning and additionally rescreened prior to the beginning of their home care visit. All employees are also required to self-monitor and watch for symptoms twice a day whether working or not. By doing this we hope to assure our patients, clients, and residential care centers (Rehab, Assisted Living, and Long Term Care facilities) that we are doing our part.
Our staff is educated on how to prevent the spread of this virus and are updated regularly when new information is available from the NYS DOH. If you have any questions, please call our office at (585) 861-2273.
